Using Entrance Control

Most of the information viewed in Entrance Control is entered through the Member Management application. As members are admitted to the facility, a history file is created for each member that tracks each visit.

Entrance Control is primarily used to perform the following activities:

·   Admitting members and visitors

·   Working with guests

·   Viewing member history

·   Relaying messages

·   Viewing daily history

·   Tracking branch uses

·   Identifying members
