To assign a pre-printed card to a member, complete the following steps:
1. Open and log on to Member Management. The Member grid will appear.
2. Look up the member whose card you would like to scan or click Add to add a new member to the system.
3. Click the Membership tab.
4. Click the Scan Card button next to the Card number field.
5. Scan the card. The card number will be assigned to the member and the card number will appear on the Membership screen.
