Reprinting Membership Cards

If pertinent member information has changed, Member Management has most likely recognized this and already sent the card to the print queue to be reprinted (select View Cards to Print to view the print queue).

If you would like to reprint a card that Member Management has not flagged to print because no member information has changed (for example, a member that has lost his or her card), complete the following steps:

1. Open and log on to Member Management. The Member list will appear.

2. Look up the member whose card you wish to print.

3. Click Change (you may also double-click the member name).

4. Click Reprint Card and select the reprint purpose (lost or replacement card). The card will be set to print. For information on printing cards from the print queue, see Printing Membership Cards.

Note: If automatic printing is turned on, the card will not print until the OK button is clicked on the Membership Detail window.
