As members are admitted in Entrance Control, the following items will occur if a new message exists for the member:
· The message icon on the toolbar will flash a small letter "i."
· The message icon will read "xx unread message(s)" when you hold your mouse over the icon.
· To retrieve the message, click the icon and relay the message to the member.
