Membership cards can be distributed in the following ways:
· The Managed Access Server is responsible for generating membership cards periodically and distributing them to the individual branches.
· Your branch may be given "generic" membership cards that have card numbers pre-printed on them, similar to blank checks when you open a new account at a bank. These cards are assigned to members by scanning the card as the member is entered into the system.
· Your branch has a card printer and is responsible for printing its own cards. Cards may be printed on an individual basis as members are added to the system or as a batch (e.g., at the end of each business day).
Note: If you are experiencing problems printing membership cards, check your Print Settings to ensure that printing options are set correctly (e.g., no member photo, no member type assignment, etc.)
