Posting Messages

There are two ways to post messages in Member Management:

1. Mass Messaging: Mass Messaging can be used to target a specific age group, gender, or membership type. The message could notify members of new programs that may interest them, congratulate them on their anniversary, or remind them of upcoming events or promotions. 2. Member-specific Messaging: Integrates personalized messages for special occasions (anniversaries, etc.) or for specific information (e.g., lost ID card or sweatshirt). For more information on this topic, see Member-specific Messaging.
