Name:
Enter the first, middle, and last name of the member.
Address:
Enter the address of the member.
Birth Date:
Enter the birth date of the member.
Gender:
Select the appropriate gender type.
Phone Numbers:
Enter a day, evening, and emergency phone number for the member.
Member Photo:
Click the "Take" button to take the member photo. The way in which Member Management prompts you for the photo is dependent upon the Imaging Setup options selected.
