Mass Messages are posted in Member Management and viewed by Entrance Control users when admitting members. Complete the following steps to insert a mass message:
1. From the Tools menu, select Mass Messaging.
2. Select the branch, gender, and membership type that you would like the message sent to (or choose "any"). For more information on creating member types, see Member Types.
3. Enter the age range that you would like the message sent to (or choose "any").
4. If necessary, change the message date (the message will still post immediately, but will include the date with the post).
5. Enter the message content as you would like it to appear in Entrance Control.
6. Click OK to exit the screen and save the information. Member Management will display a message indicating the number of messages that were generated.
