Logging On

Each time Member Management is opened, you must enter your logon name and password so the system can identify you as an authorized user before granting access to the system. This information is stored in the system the first time you log on and will be required for each additional logon.

User name:

 The user name is limited to 20 alphanumeric characters and should identify the person(s) logging on to the system.

Password:

 The password is limited to 20 alphanumeric characters and should be something that you will remember, but that others will not easily guess (for example, do not use your organization name as the password).

Note: For security purposes, it is advised that you select File|Logoff from the main menu each time you leave your computer unattended. Using this feature, you will not need to restart the program when you return, but you will be required to re-enter your user name and password.
