Custom Fields Setup Tab

Custom fields are intended to store member information that does not already exist in the system. Two types of custom fields are offered on the Custom Fields tab:

·   The first three fields are flag fields. Questions entered here can be answered with a "yes" or "no" (e.g., "Notify of Events?")

·   The last three fields are text fields. Questions entered here must be answered with text (e.g., "E-mail address:")

If you have an item that is not in Member Management, you may create it by following these simple steps:

1. Choose Tools|Options from the main menu of Member Management.

2. Click the Custom Fields tab.

3. Determine which type of field you would like to create (see above).

4. Enter the question in one of the available fields (limited to twenty characters).

5.    Click OK. The fields will now appear in the Membership information screen.
