Adding Guests

To add a new guest to Entrance Control, complete the following steps:

1. From the Lookup menu, select Guest or click the Lookup Member/Guest icon and choose "guest."

2. Click Add.

3. Complete the general member information.

4. Choose "guest" as the guest type.

5. Select a guest status and enter any appropriate messages.

6. Click OK to exit the screen and save the information. The guest will now appear on the guest list and can be admitted.

Note: Guest information will remain in the system for future visits.
